IN-DEPTH MEDITATION AND EMBODIMENT WORK
In this ever-changing world, do you have a place to stand, a place to simply be? What if this place is within you? Meditation opens you up to this place within. It is an intensely personal journey that leads you deep within yourself, helping you find the calm, clarity, and presence that exists inside you. Meditation is simple and yet complex; for this reason, it is very useful to have a skilled guide.
For many years, Meditation Mentor Grant Shepherd has been assisting people on their inner journey of embodying meditation. Grant brings the ancient Eastern spiritual wisdom of meditation, inspired by the philosophy of Kashmir Shaivism, to diverse people worldwide. His approach is both straightforward and grounded in practicality.
Through the work of Conscious Pathways, Grant offers you modern, practical tuition in Meditation, Yoga, Tantra, and Embodiment and Intimacy Work. These powerful pathways form an effective foundation for your personal growth and transformation.
