Each Meditation Day Retreat is unique and open to both newcomers and returning retreat participants.

This Meditation Day Retreat, "The Ceremony of Stillness", is a day of learning the practice of meditation. Through Tantric and Indigenous teachings, we will explore the ancient science of meditation and connection to nature, learning actionable meditation teachings and practices to bring great benefit to our lives in these challenging times.
