Each Meditation Day retreat is unique and open to both newcomers and returning retreat participants.

The Meditation Day Retreat, "The Ceremony of Inner Connection", is a day of learning the practice of meditation. Through Tantric and Indigenous teachings, we will explore the ancient science of meditation, learning meditation teachings and practices to bring great benefit to our lives in these challenging times.
