Clothed, respectful, and consent based at all times; Conscious Sexuality Learning Sessions are designed to help you deepen your understanding of your sexual energy and how this relates to your life. Completely different to the “Tantra” you may have heard about, which is usually naked and solely pleasure based, Conscious Sexuality is about recognizing the completely natural sexual aspect of your being that modern life often actively seeks to suppress. Conscious Sexuality helps you step into a beneficial relationship with your sexual energy that enhances all areas of your life. Together, we will create a study plan for your Conscious Sexuality learning after discussing your goals. You will receive joyful "homeplay" based on proven Tantric and Taoist sacred sexuality practices to ensure you receive maximum benefit from each Conscious Sexuality Learning Session. Each session builds on the last to deepen your understanding and mastery. In our Conscious Sexuality Learning Sessions you will:​ 1. Locate, recognize and respect your sexual energy as an integral and valuable part of your life. 2. Discover time-honored Taoist and Tantric techniques to transform your experience of sexual expression. 3. Recognize, respect, and work with your sexual energy rather than being worked by it. 4. Learn specific techniques to increase potency and sexual skill. 5. Deepen your understanding of authentic sexual fulfilment, intimacy, self-acceptance, and pleasure.
